I've worked in the care sector since 2019, building experience across residential care, domiciliary care, complex care and hospital care. Along the way I progressed from carer into Senior Carer and Team Leader roles, developing the knowledge and hands-on experience I now bring to leading our domiciliary care team.
"Good care is about much more than completing tasks."
That's the heart of what I believe. It's about getting to know each person, understanding what matters to them, and supporting them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
My approach is simple: I look after every person the way I'd want my own family looked after — with kindness, dignity, respect and compassion.
As Manager, I aim to be approachable, supportive and hands-on. I work closely with my care team day to day, making sure every carer feels valued, confident and properly supported to deliver the highest standard of care — because a well-supported team is the foundation of great care.
My aim is simple: to build a service where our service users and their families always feel listened to, respected, and reassured that their care is in safe hands.
